A proposed subdivision in Prince Edward County will be considered by council during Wednesday’s upcoming planning committee meeting.
The Loyalist Heights development has been considered previously by council, however, the decision was deferred at the request of the developer amid protests from local residents.
Municipal staff are recommending the application be denied.
