Today would be a good day to practise keeping driving speeds at 40 kmh in Belleville’s Community Safety Zones.
Tuesday automated speed cameras start operating in four of the city’s safety zones and those vehicles driving above the speed limit can expect speeding tickets to arrive in the mail.
Belleville will operate four speed cameras and for the time being they will operate around the clock in Community Safety Zones on Victoria Avenue, College Street, Harder Drive and Sidney Street.
