Prince Edward County is hosting the grand opening of the Millennium Trail rest stop at Salem Road next week.
The event on Monday, July 15 will highlight the rest stop’s features including an accessible picnic table, sheltered bench, and bicycle repair station.
The event will also showcase a native plant garden, created and maintained by the County Garden Club.
Residents are invited to attend the grand opening that begins at 10 a.m. at 2550 Salem Road.
