Belleville police are looking for the public’s help identifying a suspect in a dumpster fire investigation.
Police and Belleville Fire were called to the rear of an apartment building on Front Street at around 9:40 p.m. on Thursday on a report of a dumpster fire.
A suspect was seen leaving the area behind the Front Street stores.
The suspect is described as wearing a grey hoody, ripped jeans, tan shoes with a backpack and carrying a large, red rolled-up mattress.
Anyone who is able to identify the suspect from the surveillance footage is asked to contact Constable Genore at the Belleville Police Service at 613-966-0882 ext. 4194.
