Arrested on Warrant
On June 26, 2024 at 4 p.m., an officer was on patrol in the city’s east end when they observed a male who was wanted for uttering threats to cause bodily harm and mischief under $5000. Police arrested 47-year-old Robert Steacy of Belleville on the strength of the arrest warrant. He was later released on an undertaking with a court date in August.
