Members of the Quinte Legion Lynx Track and Field team scored a medal bonanza at the Legion F Championship held in Oshawa Sunday.
In Boys U18 competition, Aiden Crawford of Eastside Secondary led the way with gold medals in discus, javelin and shot put.
Theo Lavender was second in the 2000 metre steeplechase and Griffin Coffey of Centennial third in pole vault.
In the Girls Under 18 division, Isla Bibby of Bayside Secondary won gold in the pole vault and high jump while Sydney Johnson of Nicholson was first in the shot put and second in discus.
And it was gold for Kalum Phillips in the Under 16 Boys Triple Jump. Ben Poyner won silver in the pole vault.
Next up for Quinte Legion Lynx is the Ontario Legion U16-18 Championships in Toronto in July and the U16-18 National Championships in Calgary Alberta August 8 -11.
