Members of CUPE 1842 are currently in negotiations with Hastings County.
They claim the county is refusing to negotiate on what they call critical items.
A weekend release states the proposed wage structure leaves them behind neighbouring service providers, which makes recruitment difficult.
The rally goes from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. at 25-29 Stirling-Marmora Road.
