A fight in a parking lot in the west end of Belleville Thursday afternoon resulted in charges against one person.
Around 3 p.m., police received several calls about two men, one of them in a motorized wheel chair, arguing in a parking lot at the intersection of Sidney and Bridge streets.
One of them took off his shirt as the argument continued and as police were responding, a fight ensued.
The male in the wheelchair sustained minor injuries.
The man without a shirt was found to be on five separate probation orders.
Investigation led to arrest of a 34-year-old male of no fixed address on charges of assault and breach of probation.
The unidentified man was held for a bail hearing.
