Local bus company Parkhurst Transportation has been bought by Switzer-CARTY Transportation.
The deal closed on June 21.
The entire Parkhurst Transportation team will remain with the company and continue working with the Switzer-CARTY team.
Parkhurst Transportation was founded in 1957, providing school bus transportation for disabled children.
