A project for a new tourist venue in Prince Edward County is moving forward.
During Wednesday’s Planning and Development Committee meeting, councillors voted to approve a proposed zoning change for property along Willow Lane in Athol.
The plans call for 11 rental tourist cabins, 12 motel-style guest rooms, a clubhouse, boat launch, and boat rentals.
The application was sent on to county council for final approval.
