A 30-year-old Belleville resident is facing charges related to a neighbour dispute and a separate domestic violence investigation.
Around 8 a.m. Friday, officers were called to a west-end address for a complaint that a neighbour was yelling and screaming for no apparent reason.
Police also learned the same male suspect had allegedly threatened his spouse.
Officers charged the man with uttering threats and causing a public disturbance.
He was held for a bail hearing.
