Habitat for Humanity Prince Edward-Hastings (Habitat PEH) announces its first annual golf fundraiser, Chip in for Change, in partnership with eight local golf courses and sponsored by McDougall Insurance. The event aims to raise funds for affordable homeownership initiatives in our community.
You can “Chip in for Change” from June 14 through to June 21 by donating $2, $5, or $15 when arriving for your tee time at participating courses, or by visiting habitatpeh.org. A donation of $15 also receives a Pro V1 golf ball (while supplies last) and a $5 coupon usable at the Belleville or Trenton ReStore locations.
The participating courses are:
- Bay of Quinte Golf & Country Club
- Black Bear Ridge Golf & Resort
- Briar Fox Golf Club
- N I N E Golf
- Roundel Glen Golf Course
- Timber Ridge Golf Course
- Trillium Wood Golf Club
- Wellington on the Lake Golf Club
You can carry out a good deed while playing golf. “Habitat for Humanity is more than building houses and selling goods out of the ReStore. We are about engaging people, communicating a sense of purpose, and enhancing our community through constructive partnerships. Thank you to McDougall Insurance for being the title sponsor for this event, they have always been a fantastic partner in the Quinte region,” states Hazzem Koudsi, CEO of Habitat PEH.
