Children’s Safety Village is hosting a free bike helmet giveaway and fitting day on June 22.
In a release, Children’s Safety Village says that helmets of all sizes will be available on a first come, first served basis.
Experts from the Brain Injury Association Quinte District, Doug’s Bicycles and the Ministry of Transportation will be on hand to provide expert fitting.
Gates at the Safety Village will open at 9 a.m.
They will stay open until noon or until the available helmets have been given away.
