A Belleville man faces several charges following an incident near an entrance to Quinte Mall early Friday (June 7) morning.
Police were called before 6 a.m. Friday about a large amount of vehicle debris on Bell Boulevard.
A vehicle with heavy front-end damage was spotted in a nearby parking lot and police were advised the driver appeared to be asleep behind the wheel.
As a result of an investigation, 33-year-old Peter Rozon of Belleville was charged with impaired driving, possession of fentanyl for trafficking, failing to report an accident, and possession of two driver licences.
He has a July court date.
