Prince Edward County OPP have arrested a Napanee man, following the report of a firearm in Picton.
Officers were called shortly after midnight Sunday, where it was reported a man was outside a convenience store with a gun.
Police arrested the man at a Paul Street location (by City Hall) and found a replica hand gun.
Thirty-eight-year-old Stephen Beaudrie was charged with three counts of breach of probation, carrying a concealed weapon, and possession of an imitation weapon for a dangerous purpose.
Beaudrie has a court date June 26.
OPP say there is no connection to a similar incident back in May at a home on Union Street.
Prince Edward County OPP say they expect to release more information soon in regard to this matter.
