Bay of Quinte Pride is kicking off Pride Month with a unicorn party.
People are invited to join in a scavenger hunt through participating downtown Belleville businesses, locating a unicorn hidden in each. After the scavenger hunt, there will be a prize draw in Market Square.
Participants are encouraged to wear a unicorn horn. The number of people wearing horns will be counted at 4 p.m. in Market Square in an attempt to beat the world record for largest gathering of people wearing unicorn horns. The current standing record is 344.
The event begins at noon.
