Prince Edward County’s Planning and Development Committee is preparing to meet on June 19 to review multiple zoning applications.
One of the projects on the agenda is a property at 233 Fawcett Avenue in Hallowell, seeking rezoning to allow an 85-house subdivision to be built. Developers are seeking a zoning amendment for another subdivision at 13437 Loyalist Parkway as well.
An application to rezone a property in Athol at 41 Willow Lane is seeking to permit tourist cabins and a motel on the property, along with other tourist amenities including boat rentals.
The planning meeting will take place at Shire Hall, at 7 p.m.
