Fail to comply with Undertaking and outstanding arrest warrant
On May 28, 2024 at 11:15 a.m., Belleville police were dispatched to the downtown core regarding a male who was believed to breaching conditions of his court release. Officers arrived on scene and located a male inside a Front Street business. The male had been charged in February for causing mischief to the business and had been released on an undertaking with one of the conditions being not to be found inside the business. Additionally, the male had failed to attend court for the charges and a warrant had been issued for his arrest. As a result, the 48-year-old male of no fixed address was arrested and charged with failing to comply with his undertaking and held for a bail hearing.
