Twenty-two-year-old forward Kaiya Maracle of Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory has declared her eligibility for the second annual Professional Women’s Hockey League draft.
Maracle has just completed her third year with the University of Prince Edward Island Panthers.
Forty-two players among the 167 eligible will be selected at this year’s PWHL draft which will be held on June 10 in St. Paul Minnesota.
