Members of the 424 Transport and Rescue Squadron from CFB Trenton rescued boaters from their vessel that was stranded in rapids along the Vermilion River on Friday night.
The stranded boaters were lifted onto a CH-146 Griffon helicopter and taken to safety, while a Hercules observed from above.
