Belleville police say a Kingston man has been charged after a teenager was sexually assaulted while walking on Church Street.
It’s alleged the male began to follow two high school age females walking on Front Street Friday afternoon.
The male approached them on Church Street and sexually assaulted one of them.
The teens immediately reported the incident at a nearby school and police were called.
Police obtained a description of the suspect, and with the help of downtown cameras, located and arrested a 29-year-old near the intersection of Pinnacle and Front streets.
Jacob Bodzasy is charged with one count of sexual assault.
He’s been released on an undertaking with a court date in June.
