Improvements are coming for people who use Belleville’s Mobility Bus service.
Transit consultants have been working with Belleville Transit to produce new mobility software and it’s
set to be ready to use this Saturday (May 25).
The new system will allow riders to not only call in to book pick-ups but also to book appointments on a webpage or an app customized to Belleville Transit.
And users with access to a computer or cell phone will be able to track the vehicle picking them up live.
Riders will also be able to receive confirmation texts and emails.
