There was a house fire in Thurlow overnight.
Rural and urban Belleville firefighters responded at around 12:30 Wednesday morning after reports of a fire in a small house on Highway 37 at Honeywell Corners.
No one was home at the time of the fire. No injuries were reported.
Tyendinaga Township provided tanker support and the fire was deemed under control around 2:45 a.m.
Crews will remain on the scene for some time and an investigation into a cause is underway.
