Quinte Conservation Foundation (QCF) is looking for new members for its board of directors.
Board members will voluntarily assist in the development of QCF’s strategic plan as well as oversee finances, and policies and procedures.
Quinte Conservation CAO Brad McNevin says applicants should be passionate about protecting and restoring the local environment and be able to assist in achieving the Foundation’s fundraising goals to implement conservation projects.
Board members are expected to attend quarterly meetings and participate in QCF events.
Applicants should bring a range of skills and experiences to the QCF Board of Directors, including expertise in not-for-profit governance, strategic planning and visioning, fundraising, community outreach, and other relevant areas.
Anyone interested in applying is asked to submit a resume and covering letter to hr@quinteconservation.ca with the subject line “Foundation Board.”
