The Belleville Senators made franchise history Wednesday night with their first Calder Cup playoff victory.
The B-Sens overcame an early 1-0 Toronto lead and beat the Marlies 3-1 in Game 1 of their best-of-three series.
They outshot Toronto 38-18.

Game 2 is Friday night at the Coca Cola Coliseum in Toronto.
