The night couldn’t have started any worse for the Trenton Golden Hawks. It couldn’t have ended any better.
Down 2-0 before the game was three minutes old the Golden Hawks battled back to beat Collingwood 5-4 Monday night to cut the Blues’ lead in the OJHL final to 2-1.
David Fournier scored twice (8th & 9th) including the winner midway in the third period.
Stirling native Lucas LaPalm scored his eighth of the playoffs. He says home ice was the difference.
Sami Douglas-Najem (1st) and Owen Wilson (2nd) rounded out the G-Hawks scoring.
Game 4 is back in Trenton tomorrow night at 7:30.
