Hastings Lennox and Addington MP Shelby Kramp-Neuman has been appointed to Pierre Poilievre’s shadow cabinet.
It was was announced on Friday that MP Kramp-Neuman would be taking the role of Shadow Minister for Women, Gender Equality, and Youth.
“I am thankful to Pierre Poilievre for entrusting me with the position of Shadow Minister for Women, Gender Equality, and Youth,” said MP Kramp-Neuman. “These often overlooked and underrepresented groups deserve a strong advocate for them at the centre of any decision-making body.”
During the same announcement, Kramp-Neuman also announced she was elected the chair of the Standing Committee on the Status of Women.
