A three-year contract has been signed off on by Quinte West council and the union representing its full-time firefighters.
The deal with Local 1328 of the International Association of Professional Firefighters features a 9.5% wage increase over
the life of the contract and improvements to medical and dental benefits.
The contract runs from January of this year to December of 2026.
