Quinte West Council has issued the final approval for a 13-floor residential building on Stella Crescent in Trenton.
During the Quinte West Planning and Advisory Committee’s meeting in March, the project was approved, and sent to council for the final say.
The tower is planned for construction on property where the former Knights of Columbus Hall was, along with surrounding properties, and will feature 246 apartment units.
Council issued the final approval without debate.
