There will be a celebration of Queen Victoria School as it prepares to close its doors to students.
Students at that school will be attending the new Easthill Elementary School on MacDonald Avenue in the new school year.
A celebration of Queen Victoria School will take place on Wednesday, June 12.
Those taking part in the event will get to tour the school to see artwork created by current students, artifacts and a “Through the Years” slideshow.
There will also be a cash BBQ with beverages and treats being sold, as well as outdoor entertainment with games shared by Glanmore House.
The event will go from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the school.
