Belleville and the Quinte region will get some great exposure this summer during the annual World Long Drive competition that will be held at Trillium Wood Golf Club.
The Endless Summer Long Drive Championship Pro-Am is one of four WLD events that will be broadcast on ESPN2.
The event will take place June 14 and 15, bringing together 60 of the world’s longest hitters in golf.
ESPN will carry the quarterfinal, semifinal, and final rounds of the Open Division and semifinal on July 18.
Event organizers say they are also working on a Canadian Broadcast partner and expect to have details to share soon.
