Quinte West Council has approved a small expansion to the local industrial park.
During Wednesday’s council meeting, councillors considered a motion to approve work to extend water, sewer and road access to a pair of newly severed properties at the south end of Wolfe Street in Frankford.
The project has a total budget of $690,000 to cover the required road and water works.
The motion was approved by council without debate.
