The Hastings Prince Edward District School Board will soon be releasing statistics on how well students are doing compared to provincial averages.
At today’s meeting the school board will have an advance look at its Student Achievement Plan Public Reporting template which will be published on the board’s website by April 2.
The report contains various statistics on student achievement and plans to improve outcomes in the future.
For example, the report shows that in Grade 3 reading, 68% of Hastings Prince Edward students met provincial standards in the last school year compared to the provincial average of 73%.
