Police arrested a man seen swinging a wooden 2×4 while walking along a Belleville Street Thursday evening.
Belleville officers responded to the area of Farley Avenue just before 7 p.m. where the male was reportedly acting strange, unsteady on his feet and spinning around while holding the 2×4.
Police learned the man was wanted on multiple arrest warrants for possession of stolen property, theft x 2, fraud and failing to comply with an undertaking.
Christopher Lloyd, 44, of no fixed address was arrested on the strength of the warrants and re-released on an undertaking with a court date in April.
