The Canadian Track and Field Championships were held in Montreal over the weekend and two members of the Quinte Legion Lynx club came home with medals.
Nicholson Catholic College Grade 10 student Sydney Johnson led the way winning gold in the Under 18 Women’s shot put.
Eastside Secondary’s Aiden Crawford brings home silver in the Under 18 Men’s shot put.
Johnson and Crawford have already qualified for the Canadian Outdoor Championships this August in Calgary.
