Napanee OPP have arrested a man who was wanted on a previous warrant.
Just before 11 a.m. on Thursday, officers found the man in Springside Park in Greater Napanee and arrested him. During the arrest, officers searched the man and found a gram of suspected fentanyl and a digital scale.
Paul Catena, a 38-year-old from Greater Napanee, is charged with possession of opioids, failure to comply with a probation order, and failure to comply with a release order.
The accused was held in custody after a bail hearing, and will attend the Ontario Court of Justice in Napanee at a later date.
