It’s the sweetest time of the year in the Quinte region and beyond.
It’s March, it’s maple syrup season, and it’s almost time to cruise Prince Edward County in the annual Maple in the County event.
On March 23 and 24 five sugarbushes will be open to the public offering pancake breakfasts and all kinds of maple products, along with tours of their operations and special events for the whole family.
Sugarbushes taking part are Sweetwater Cabin/Hubbs Sugarbush, Vader’s Maple Syrup, Fosterholm Farms, LOHA Farms, and Roblin’s Maple Syrup.
