Checking out garages
Belleville police are looking for a suspect after a woman discovered an unknown man in her garage late Wednesday night.
It’s believed he entered the Lemoine Street garage through a side door and ran off when the woman showed up.
The suspect is described as short and wearing a grey sweatshirt.
West end collision
One driver had to be taken to Belleville General Hospital with unknown injuries after a two-vehicle collision on Belleville’s busy Sidney Street early Wednesday night.
The crash occurred near Catharine Street around 7 o’clock.
Both vehicles had to be towed from the scene.
