The City of Quinte West has approved the sale of two acres of vacant land at Frankford Industrial Park.
The land is being sold to Gregory Carriere of Mountainview Asphalt Ltd.
Sale price is $170,000.
City council deemed that the land sold is beneficial for an opportunity for economic development within Quinte West.
