The YMCA Centre for Life, now in the design and fundraising stages, will have a fourth partner for the facility.
Recently it was announced that Community Services of Belleville and District will join as a committed partner with the YMCA of Central East Ontario and three other non-profit organizations.
Community Services provides a variety of programs, including those for children with Autism and for people with developmental disabilities.
Along with the YMCA the other non-profit agencies are Volunteer and Information Quinte, Big Brothers and Sisters of Hastings and Prince Edward Counties, and Community Learning Alternatives.
The $27 million Centre for Life will be located at the former fairgrounds in west end Belleville.
