The building numbers are in for Prince Edward County in February.
In February, 42 construction permits were issued with a combined total value of $11,583,418. During February of 2023, 43 permits were issued with a value of $11,929,056.
Out of the 42 permits issued in February, 15 of them were for residential properties, and 13 of those were for single family homes. One was for a converted dwelling, and the last was for a modular home.
The total combined value of new residential construction was $5,852,418.
