The City of Quinte West has released its building stats for the month of February.
There were a total of 28 permits issued for the month with a value of $2,001,000.
Of the 28 permits issued, 10 were for residential buildings.
The most significant permit issued was for the renovation of an industrial building at 211 North Murray Street owned by McKesson Canada Corporation.
That is at a valuation of $750,000.
Year over year, the construction value and permits issued are less than they were in 2023. That year there were 29 permits issued with a construction value of $32,469,000.
