A serious collision between three cars just west of Trenton sent two people to Kingston General Hospital with serious
injuries early Thursday night.
Hastings Quinte Paramedic Services, along with Quinte West firefighters and OPP, responded around 6:15 to
the collision on Old Highway 2 near Wooler Road.
Firefighters had to use the jaws of life to extricate two people from one of the cars involved.
The highway in the area of the collision was closed for some time for an investigation.
No other details are available at this time.
