Numerous charges have been laid after threats and damage at a Deseronto home on Tuesday evening.
Around 6:00 p.m., emergency crews responded to Green Street, where it was reported a man kicked in a door and uttered threats to multiple people.
He then proceeded to get into his car, slam into another vehicle, and drive away erratically.
During an arrest, the suspect is alleged to have resisted, fighting with police.
David Gilmour of Kingston is charged with assaulting and resisting a peace officer, mischief, uttering threats, and impaired.
The 44-year-old has a court date in Napanee.
The accused’s licence was suspended for 90 days and the vehicle was impounded for seven days.
