Belleville Senators forward Angus Crookshank was a star among stars as he scored twice for the North Division in the American Hockey League’s All-Star Challenge in San Jose California Monday night.
The AHL format was the same as the NHL’s All-Star Classic with the four divisions playing a round robin.
The North finished with a win, a loss and a tie scoring five total goals. Crookshank had two of them.
He leads the B-Sens with 15 goals and 29 points despite missing seven games while with the parent Ottawa Senators.
Belleville returns from the All-Star break when they host the Utica Comets Friday and Saturday night at the CAA Arena.
