A driver hit a building on North Front Street in Belleville Sunday and the collision led to charges against a woman from Deseronto.
Police responded at around 2:30 in the afternoon and after investigation involving an OPP Drug Recognition Expert charged Jamie-Lynn Whiteman with dangerous driving and impaired driving by drugs.
No injuries were reported.
Whiteman has a court date in March.
