The Trenton Golden Hawks dismantled the Pickering Panthers 8-2 on Friday Night.
Gianni DiVita, Caleb Van de Ven, Ben Pickell, and Kayson Un Yi scored for the Golden Hawks, with a hat trick by Kayson Un Yi.
The Golden Hawks got off to a strong start with three unanswered goals in the first period before the Panthers struck back in the second and grabbed two goals of their own. The Golden Hawks came back late in the period to tally two goals and bring a 5-2 lead into the final frame, where they claimed three more goals to extend their lead and win the game.
The Golden Hawks are back in action on Sunday, hosting the Caledon Admirals at 2:30.
