A 46-year-old man has been sentenced to time served but faces several conditions after being found guilty of possessing child pornography.
James Ramsay, of no fixed address, was also found guilty of breaching terms of his release order.
On January 19, 2024, Justice Patrick Hurley sentenced Ramsay to time served of 28 months but also issued an order placing him on the sex offender registry.
Ramsay must also keep away from parks, playgrounds and school yards and cannot be in a position of trust toward children.
