Board Members will be key players in realizing Quinte Health’s aspirations—providing top-notch care, fostering compassion, supporting our people and teams, and building meaningful connections inside and outside the walls of Quinte Health.
Board Members are essential contributors to the success of Quinte Health, actively participating in approximately eight full Board meetings per year and serving on one or two committee meetings 4-5 times annually.
The Board’s role includes setting the plan for four interdependent hospitals, monitoring Quinte Health’s ongoing financial health, performance, and patient care, and ensuring an effective two-way flow of communication with the public.
