There will be no change to the leadership of the Eastern Ontario Wardens’ Caucus (EOWC).
Late last week, Renfrew County Warden Peter Emon was reelected as the chair and Peterborough
County Warden Bonnie Clark was acclaimed as vice-chair of the EOWC.
Meanwhile the caucus’s members will be speaking with provincial government cabinet ministers at
this weekend’s Rural Ontario Municipal Association Conference in Toronto pushing its priorities of affordable and attainable housing, long-term care, and economic development.
The EOWC is comprised of the heads of 13 municipalities in eastern Ontario.
